This wonderful workshop is fantastic to get a real insight into chocolate making. Aisleigh and Kim are very experienced and will talk you through the tempering process. This workshop will be limited to a small group so you will have lots of time to ask questions.  You will do a tasting session so that you can look for quality in chocolate. You will make moulded chocolates which will be beautifully decorated. You will learn how to pipe in your fillings and finish them like a real pro.  You will of course box up and take home your goodies.

The workshop will last approx 2 and a half hours and will include tea, coffee or a hot chocolate.
