Ordering & Payment
When you submit your order on the Chocaccino website you will be taken to the PayPal website where payment details are entered into their own secure site. You may pay here by credit or debit card or with your own PayPal account. At no time are your card details disclosed to Chocaccino.
You will receive a basic acknowledgement of the order from Chocaccino, and after you have paid will receive a receipt from PayPal. Only once Chocaccino have received confirmation from PayPal that payment has been made will we process your order.
PayPal accepts most major credit and debit cards.
We deliver only in the UK and all payments are in GBP
Prices on the website are valid at the time of placing the order.
Chocolate Standard Delivery Times and Charges
We deliver to the UK only. Charges as follows:
Single Item - £3.95
Two Items or more - £4.95 (with delivery to one recipient only)
We aim to dispatch your order within 1 to 2 days, although all our chocolates are made fresh and packed to order. So if you need something quickly please give us a ring to check availability.
We use First Class Mail as this is the most cost effective option and typically takes 1-2 days from our dispatch date.
Your chocolates should arrive within 4 days. Unfortunately the mail service is not a guaranteed delivery service and things do sometimes take longer.
If we are unable to dispatch your order in a timely manner, we will contact you to discuss alternatives. If suitable alternatives cannot be made we will arrange a full refund.
Please note that we cannot dispatch orders on Saturday afternoons, Sundays or Bank holidays.
If you have an especially urgent order, such as a birthday gift or Wedding Anniversary you've forgotten, please contact us to discuss stock availability and delivery options, we want to help.
Owing to their fragile nature we are not at present able to offer delivery of cakes, so when ordering cakes please select the “Collect from Store” option.
Return of Damaged Items
All our chocolate gifts are dispatched in perfect condition, as we take the utmost care in wrapping them. If any items are unfortunately broken or damaged in transit by circumstances beyond our control, you can return them to us at:

Once we have received the item, we will refund the full purchase cost of that item or send out a replacement & refund postage costs at first class Royal Mail rate.
Cancelling your Order
All the goods we supply are perishable and so are excuded from the provisions of the Distance Selling Regulations.
If you have made a mistake and wish to cancel your please ring us immediately on 01752 256655, and if we have not yet begun to process your order we will arrange a refund.
At checkout you may add a message to be included with your gift. We reserve the right to reject any message that we consider might offend the recipient.
We only use the information you provide to process your order and keep you up to date with new products and special promotions. We do not sell or share your information with any third party. If you prefer not to receive details of new products and special promotions on our products please inform us via email.
If you register as a user with us we will ask for some relevant information including your name, email address, home address, delivery address, phone numbers, etc. This information allows you to place subsequent orders without resubmitting these details.
